At Transform Real Estate & Property Management, we value the relationships real estate agents build. Our Agent Referral Program rewards licensed agents who refer clients that sign a listing or rental property management agreement with us. When a qualifying agreement is executed, the referring agent receives a $150 referral bonus, paid within 10 days.
How It Works
If a licensed real estate agent refers a property owner who signs either a rental listing agreement or a property management agreement with Transform Real Estate & Property Management, the referring agent earns a one-time $150 bonus. Payment is issued within 10 days of the agreement’s effective date, once eligibility is confirmed. When the referral is ready to sell their property, we will reconnect them to the referring agent.
Who Qualifies
Eligible Referrers
- Active, licensed real estate agents
- License information must be provided at the time of referral
Eligible Referrals
- New clients not previously introduced to or working with Transform Real Estate & Property Management
- The referral must result in a signed rental listing or property management agreement
How to Submit a Referral
Submitting a referral is simple:
- Provide your name, license number, brokerage, phone, and email.
- Share the referred owner’s name, contact information, and property address.
- Our team will handle the consultation and onboarding process.
Once the agreement is signed and verified, your $150 referral bonus will be processed within 10 days.
