Qualifications
- Gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent amount, before taxes
- We do not use a credit score
- We review the current and previous 24 months for:
- Verifiable income (employment, retirement, pension, disability, child support, alimony, social security, self-employed, etc.)
- Rental or mortgage payment history
- Excessive late housing payments
- Evictions
- Foreclosures
- Collection accounts for unpaid landlord balances
- Felony convictions
