Qualifications
- Combined household income must be at least 2.5× the monthly rent
- At least 12 months of verifiable employment and/or income
- At least 12 months of previous rental history
- No derogatory credit reporting within the past 12 months
- No bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossession, or charge-offs within the past 12 months
- No evictions within the past 36 months
- No unpaid balances owed to a previous landlord (unless on an active repayment plan)
- No felony convictions for violent or drug-related offenses within the past 60 months
